Three Keys to Losing Fat without losing Muscle Mass – Part 3


Part 3 - Protein

The third key to building muscle while losing fat is protein. You have to eat just enough protein to make sure your muscles can grow. This is a controversial topic that many nutrition ‘experts’ still don’t agree on. But the bottom line is protein is vital when it comes to building muscle and especially when you’re dieting.

Protein comes from Meat and fish but other sources of protein includes beans, soy milk, eggs. Along with protein, these foods give you many other benefits as well but they do provide the protein you need to mauintain your muscle mass.

Mix burning calories faster than you ingest them, resistance training and protein  together and you’ll have a potent fat loss and muscle building program that can transform your body in no time.
